 QUESTION.
HOW DO YOU GUYS INSERT PHOTOS IN THE POST? DO THEY HAVE TO BE HOSTED SOMEWHERE?

When you post, under the text window you should see "additional options" click the "+" plus sign to expand the options.  There will then be an "Attach" field where you can browse using the browse button to the photo you want to upload and attach to your post.  Up to 4 are allowed, 128K per.

In addition to attaching you can also have the photo hosted else where just use the "insert image" button and place a link to the photo between the tags or type out the img tags
